Starting Therapy Shouldn’t Feel Complicated

1. Complete Your Intake Form
Tell us a bit about yourself, your goals, and what kind of support you’re looking for.
This helps us understand your unique needs and ensures you’re matched with the right counsellor or psychologist. -
2. Get Matched with a Therapist
Our intake coordinator carefully reviews your form and pairs you with a qualified therapist who best fits your goals, preferences, and availability.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and access to your secure Jane App client portal to manage appointments, forms, and payments. -
3. Begin Your Sessions
Connect with your therapist virtually — by secure video or phone — from the comfort of your home or office.
Each session is tailored to you, offering evidence-based support to help you find clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
How to Join Your Virtual Appointment

1. Through Email
Click the “Begin Your Online Appointment” link in your reminder email — it will arrive about 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

2. Through Your Account
Log into your Jane App account on our booking site and click “Begin” next to your upcoming session.

3. Through the Mobile App
Download the Jane Online Appointments App (available on Android and iOS).
Then, simply click the link in your reminder email to join your session.
