  • You’ll meet with our intake coordinator to discuss your goals, preferences, and what brought you to therapy. We’ll explain how sessions work, answer any questions, and help you decide on the next best step.

  • No preparation is required. You can simply show up as you are. If you’d like, you can jot down a few questions or topics you’d like to discuss to make the most of your time.

  • In most cases, your consultation helps us match you with the right therapist based on your needs, personality, and schedule. Once you’re matched, you’ll be introduced to your therapist before your first session.

  • That’s completely okay. The consultation is a no-pressure space to learn more, explore your options, and take things at your own pace.

  • Yes — if you’ve reviewed our team profiles or heard about a specific therapist you’d like to work with, you can mention that during your consultation and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • You can book directly online through our secure Jane App platform. Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the session details and a link to join your virtual meeting.

  • After your consultation, we’ll send you a follow-up email with your matched therapist’s profile and a link to book your first full session. You can choose between Individual Therapy or our Therapy Membership plan for ongoing support.
