    Every session is personalized — we meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.

  • Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually through secure video or phone, ensuring flexibility and privacy.
    This allows you to access therapy from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

  • Most clients meet weekly, which is why our therapy memberships include four sessions per month.
    Weekly support helps you build momentum, stay grounded, and see meaningful progress.

  • Absolutely.
    Our practice follows the standards of confidentiality required by our counsellors’ governing bodies.
    Your information, session notes, and conversations are protected and stored securely.
    The only exceptions involve safety concerns, which your counsellor will explain during your intake.

  • You’ll be paired with one of our Registered Counsellors based on your goals, preferences, and the areas you want support in.
    Our intake process ensures you’re connected with the therapist who best fits your needs.

  • Start with a 30-minute consultation with our Intake Coordinator.
    We’ll help you clarify your goals and recommend the counsellor best suited for you.

    This allows us to offer flexible, accessible care while maintaining a calm, private environment for clients.

  • Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Counsellor (RTC).
    Coverage varies by provider — we recommend checking your plan to confirm your benefits.
    Receipts are automatically provided for reimbursement.

  • You can manage your appointments anytime through your Jane App portal.
    We ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
