  • Sessions are designed to be used within your monthly billing period for consistency. However, if you need to reschedule or delay, your therapist will help you find the best plan to stay on track with your goals.

  • Absolutely. You can switch from single sessions to the membership — or vice versa — at any time, depending on your needs and preferences.

  • Many insurance providers cover therapy sessions with registered counsellors. You’ll receive a receipt after each session that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

  • When you begin your membership, you’ll be matched with a therapist who fits your goals, preferences, and schedule. You can request to stay with the same therapist each month for continuity or change if your needs evolve.
